It started as a services shop.
2024 to 2026
Clients first. Companies second.
Gailey Tech Services began with automation and consulting work for businesses that needed systems more than advice: a CRM wired to the website, follow-up that ran itself, content that went out on schedule. The clients came through relationships, and the work paid for the tools.
That work is now Implementr, a marketing company for small businesses with its own name and its own customers. Along the way, our founder's day job running reliability inside an enterprise software company produced a second idea: an operating model for engineering teams, which is becoming Lodestar. A community of owners learning to use AI in their businesses became Learn to Launch AI.
None of these needed to be the same company. So they are not. GaileyTech holds them, gives each one the same way of working, and stays out of the way.
